We built Jakd to fix the "dopamine gap" in fitness. Most apps are glorified spreadsheets. We made a game where the controller is a barbell.
The Problem
Fitness is a long-term game with delayed rewards. Most people quit because the "grind" feels like a chore. Traditional workout loggers are clinical, boring, and fail to capture the visceral thrill of progress.
The Solution
We merged the science of hypertrophy with the mechanics of modern RPGs. By rewarding every set with XP and tracking routine-specific ranks, we turn the daily grind into a system that makes progress feel immediate and motivating.
